说明

目前国内输液配药多用人工配药的方式。由人工实现,在集中配液时人工强度大,反复抽吸易污染,因此穿刺输液瓶口会使不溶性微粒数量增加,并且配药过程中无记录和核对程序,潜在的出错几率大,容易造成一换纠纷。智能化临床输液配药机可以很好的解决这些问题。在外观设计方面,我们简化了医生的操作步骤,合理的空间布局,简洁的造型设计使这款产品更符合医疗产品的属性。

概要

由于设备的落地尺寸较大,在前期的材料选择不得不作出考量。由于塑料涉及模具,加之产品尺寸过大,前期费用投入较大,而且塑料容易被损毁,减少了产品的使用寿命。通过各种因素的综合考量选择钣金加工成型。由于西南地区加工技术的缺陷,生产仍然是个问题,因此我们尽最大可能简化加工难度,让产品顺利落地。
由于使用钣金,主要加工方式折弯、冲压、焊接、打磨、喷塑等加工工艺。
